Language
The Bantu people speak Bantu and they speak it in Rwanda , Angola , Burundi , Zimbabwe , and South Africa. Their are over 400 dialects of Bantu.
Location
The Bantu people used to live in West Africa 4000 years ago, until recently, today they live in Cameroon , South Africa , Centreal Africa , and Eastern Africa.

Soor or Corn Grits

Their Islamic belief forbids pork and lard.
Wifes don't want help from their husbands .
The main meal is soor which is eaten 3 times a day.
